New Site Page: Helpful Products

Just a few important self treatment tools!

Self Treatment is a very important part of your Myofascial Release Journey. I can only do so much in the time we have together so it is important to use me for the areas that are not responding as well to self treatment between sessions. Your self treatment should be approximately 30 minutes a day and longer on those 2 or 3 days, such as the weekend, when you have more time. I have given you a self treatment ball during your initial evaluation and provided instructions for use. However, you may find that other treatment tools could be helpful. That is why I have affiliated with Amazon to provide you with links to the self treatment tools that could take your self treatment to the next level.

I have added a Helpful Products page to this website with links to the tools that can make your self treatment time more productive. Simply click the link and it will take you to the Amazon page where you can read more about the item and place it in your cart. I will receive a percentage of the sale if you purchase using the links provided. I hope this new page will help you to feel more comfortable about purchasing self treatment tools that you will use and that you will get more benefit from the time you spend treating yourself. Always remember- “It is not selfish to take care of yourself”.
